About Madison Park Apartments

Madison Park Apartment Corporation (MPAC) was originally constructed in 2002.  It is an attractive building of sand colored brick with spacious French windows in many apartments and balconies on the top floors.  It is nine stories tall with 129 apartments.  MPAC has a diverse community of shareholders and was originally provided for first time homeowners.

MPAC has an open, high ceiling foyer with warm tones in tiled flooring and furniture.  MPAC offers for its shareholders a gym, recreation room, a full service laundry room, and four large rooms for storage bins and bicycles racks for rent to shareholders.  There is also a tenant lounge that is available to shareholders for functions as well as shareholder meetings.  MPAC also has a back yard garden that is complete with seasonal shrubs and flowers as well as a vegetable and herb garden.  There is a charcoil grill and garden furniture for shareholders to enjoy in the warm weather.

MPAC has a 24-hour security service, full time maintenance crew, on site superintendent and experienced managing agent.

The surrounding neighborhood has many services and conveniences.  There are drug stores, small business shops, doctor’s offices as well as a range of restaurants.  It is close to several subways and buses as well as Metro North.  We are across the street from Marcus Garvey Park as well as the historic Mount Morris Park area.

MPAC is within blocks of a police station, fire stations and a hospital.  We are close to public, charter and private schools.
